  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • myChef is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or other losses arising from the use of the App.

7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Paraná, Brazil.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Curitiba, Paraná.
